I would like to commendation to all the staff who are present today, i really appreciated of the warm welcome and the professionalism which was shown throughout my experience. The staff really well trained. During the process of the treatment i really felt calm and positive as the staff which i didnt catch the name, she really explained to me the steps and what are the product she gonna applied onto me. I highly recommend if anyone have acne issue do contact them and make an appointment. Kudos to the team. Company should acknowledge this as for their hard work been paid off.

Didn’t think much before I visited the place. They were offering trial treatments and I thought I’d check it out. I really loved the warmth when I walked into the space. Novelle helped me figure out a treatment that would work best for my face. The facial was absolutely divine! I was sooo comfy and relaxed. Chloe my aesthetician was very gentle, attentive and informative. She addressed all my concerns and checked in with me about how I was doing. She did such a great job, I fell asleep at one point. I didn’t expect to sign a package today. But I was very impressed with everyone and the fact they didn’t do any hard selling. Plus my face looks and feels great!

I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this salon! From the moment I arrived, everyone was so warm, welcoming, and professional. My beauty therapist Mingyee was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the treatment. She noticed a small bump in the corner of my nose that I hadn't really thought much about and explained that it was a small acne cyst that could be gently extracted. She was very informative and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The extraction was done so gently, and I was amazed by the result! As someone with sensitive skin that is prone to congestion and enlarged pores, I am always cautious when trying new treatments. However, my skin felt amazing afterwards—clean, refreshed, and well cared for. I really appreciated the therapist's expertise and attention to detail. Thank you to the whole team for such a lovely experience and to Novelle who consulted me in the appropriate treatments for my skin☺️. I'll definitely be coming back again!

I had a pleasant experience but they are working SUPER hard on hard selling their packages which can easily hit $1000+. as I have been a loyal customer since 2023 and now it is 2026 - but my skin has continued to have new pimples and i don’t find their OPT back treatment very helpful. They will try to sell you their products, but the therapists' and consultants' care and concern for my skin has been good because they wanna hit sales KPI target. The only exception is that my skin therapist Sharon has been so attentive to me and my skin and she takes care of me very well, her presence has been soothing and I always ask for her whenever she's around. But she has moved and I have no reason to come back to this outlet. Becareful of their hardselling packages, always read the reviews from lowest to highest as they often ask their own customers to leave a 5 star review after offering “discount” to their packages as a return.

I had a very relaxing and refreshing Aqua Peel facial experience with Jeannie. She was professional, gentle, and made the treatment very comfortable throughout. Novelle also did a great job explaining the facial process and skincare details clearly, which made the experience even better. My skin felt deeply cleansed, hydrated, and noticeably smoother after the facial. The environment was calm and comfortable, and I would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Just had a back treatment with Chloe at Amber Beila and I’m really satisfied with it. Chloe was super thorough, she explained every step as she went along and what each part was doing for my skin. The whole treatment felt really comfortable, and they used professional tools and equipment instead of just hands-on stuff. I went in for back acne and blackheads, and I could actually see a difference after just one session. My back felt cleaner and looked clearer right away. The branch manager, Novelle, was also really helpful and showed me the before and after photos so I could see the difference clearly and explained to me. They do facials too, so I’ll definitely be back to check that next time. Strongly reccomend!

My very first time going to amberbeila and it's amazing. Rachel, Ella and their team did such an amazing job for my deep clean on skin and pores. They are realistic, grounded and very honest about my skin. I've learnt alot about my skin too. If anyone of you are afraid that they will "hard sell", don't. They will give you options and alternatives but definitely not push you for something you are not comfortable with. Once again thank you so much for your wonderful service ❤️

Christine is incredibly meticulous and did an amazing job shaping my eyebrows, even taking the time to remove the finest hairs. My skin felt smoother and looked visibly brighter after the session. Jeannie, who did my facial previously at the Chun Tin branch, was wonderful as well - and when I happened to bump into her at the Raffles Place branch, she was just as warm and welcoming. Ella was also very friendly and helpful, recommending a reasonable package with no hard selling. Overall, a truly pleasant experience and I’m very happy with the results!

Had a trial session with Sharon. She was gentle and thorough in the extraction; overall a good facial experience. Her colleague ran through the packages in detail after, and was open to negotiating a reasonable package comparable to what I would get at other facial salons.

I had a facial today with Sharon (first time trial at a very attractive rate) and Cathy was the consultant who patiently explained the packages available. They are not pushy and very professional.

Great facial, would definitely recommend!!

I had the deep pore cleansing treatment for facial and everything was perfect. My therapist Christine was very knowledgeable on how to treat my face and what were my problem areas. The ambience of the place is also lovely, and the facilities provided were excellent and well maintained.

Went for my OPT bacne trial for the first time two weeks ago. Got upsell to do this aqua peel trial as well for additional $98 even before the treatment starts. But this aqua peel I personally feel it doesn’t help in anything because it was literally less than 10mins of “suction” machine on your back. After that I was thinking “what! i just spend $98 for less than 10mins?” There wasn’t any massage at all beside just simple extraction. During the session, i was consistently stress out as the beautician was promoting another type of treatment for me to try. Hence, i didn’t really enjoy the session. After the session, i was escorted into a room for another upselling again. 10 session for $1990. Telling me if i leave the place that day and come back the session would cost me $300+. And i can’t find the same price outside. I rejected and simply paid for the two trials because all they are offering is just a simple bacne facial which doesn’t justify the $200 price point. my back feels definitely cleaner but i feel the upselling has to stop.
